Meet Lindsey Nickel, your celebration of life planner
With more than 15 years of event planning experience, Lindsey is a celebration of life planner focused on the personal details to create memorable events to honor your loved one.
The idea of an event planner for celebrations of life, funerals, and memorials first popped into my mind when my grandparents passed in 2015. I was watching my highly capable aunt plan their memorials and I was thinking, "Why isn't there a specialized event planner to help her do this? She has enough going on, dealing with the paperwork, closing accounts, and the crematorium."
After more than 15 years of planning destination weddings, I saw that I could use my event planning skills from weddings to help families plan meaningful and personal celebrations of life.
I plan celebrations of life throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, from Palo Alto, Orinda, Marin, Mill Valley, Berkeley, Oakland, Piedmont, Santa Rosa, Napa and everywhere in between.
